By Deb Villarese
Take a few deep breaths. This will increase oxygen flow to your brain and help your body to relax.
Have a healthy snack. If your blood sugar has crashed, you simply need to get some health food - think fruits, veggies and nuts - in our belly, you'll be doing better.
Get some exercise. Even a quick walk can help you get mind and body back on track. You'll add some endorphins and feel-good chemicals and subtract some tension and fatigue
Take a warm shower. This will boost your core temperature and have a soothing overall effect.
Take some time out to be social- being around and interacting with others can lift your mood instantly.
